blue hill stone barns.

we went to blue hill this weekend. here is the link. it was as good as everyone said it would be.

rockefeller country they call it. sprawling greens and piglets.

there is no menu. no decision-making.

we started with a taste of
butternut squash soup,
followed by pieces of cauliflower and salted lettuce.
beet salad with
mache and a peanut sauce.
today's farm egg, soft over
white beans. and
pork to finish.

yum.

i told abe we'd have to make it a regular thing.
